The name Loud & Proud originated from my retail jobs sales technique during the busy holiday season, we would yell in the store to gather a crowd for a product demonstration. Weird right? But it actually worked! When someone told me that Loud & Proud sounds like it could be a music festival, I instantly knew that was going to be its name and thought of the theme right on the spot. Loud for the festivals music and of course, proud for the pride that the LGBTQ+ community carries.
